SOGICA strengthens its social impact by increasing its annual donations and diversifying the causes it supports. The company promotes diversity, encouraging the representation of women and minorities, and fosters a culture of inclusion through awareness sessions. It also supports employee engagement through volunteer programs and automatic donations. Finally, SOGICA emphasizes proactive safety leadership for all.

Social and community contribution

We are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate. We actively collaborate with local organizations and invest in initiatives that contribute to social well-being and development. We are a Enfant Soleil company, certified for our active participation in the Opération Enfant Soleil program for several years. We invest in the community through employee engagement with the Opération Enfant Soleil Volunteer Program.

SOGICA aims to increase the amount of annual donations at the end of each year, diversify the causes to which donations are allocated, and establish partnerships with local organizations to strengthen their capacities and empower them to effectively address community challenges.

SOGICA is committed to maintaining female representation on the executive committee, increasing female representation and ethnic diversity in key positions, and fostering a culture of inclusion.

The employees made a total of $1,185.50 in donations.
39 employees enrolled in the payroll deduction program, representing a total of $6,809. (The payroll deduction program for the benefit of Opération Enfant Soleil allows for the automatic deduction of a portion of employees' salaries as a donation.)
